Make a request
Email the controller, Otto-Emil Heiskanen, at stadistreets.muzzle221@passinbox.com. Tell us which right you want to exercise and whether your request concerns the homepage, multiplayer game or correspondence. We may request proportionate information to locate your data and verify the request. Do not email passwords or secret game session tokens.
Your rights under the GDPR
- Access: ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Erasure: request deletion where the legal conditions apply.
- Restriction: ask us to limit processing in the circumstances provided by law.
- Portability: receive eligible data you provided in a commonly used format, where processing is automated and based on consent or contract.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable legal grounds.
- Withdrawal: withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Response times and identification
We normally respond within one month. Complex or numerous requests may permit an extension of up to two further months; we will tell you within the first month if this applies. Requests are generally free, subject to the exceptions in the GDPR. We do not collect extra identity data solely to identify otherwise anonymous game sessions; we will explain if we cannot identify records relating to you.
Complain to an authority
You may complain to the supervisory authority in your place of residence, work or the place of the alleged infringement. In Finland, contact the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. You do not have to contact us first.
Consent controls
Necessary delivery and game-session processing does not rely on advertising consent. Optional advertising remains off until you opt in and the required provider checks succeed.
